I'm pleased to have partnered with Johnny Thornton to co-curate "(con)text," a group exhibition at La Bodega Gallery, featuring five artists who incorporate text in their art practices in dynamic ways. The artworks selected for this exhibition use language as a device to explore social and political issues within their work. Each artist utilizes text in distinctive ways—employing different mediums, techniques and aesthetic strategies—to create a visual language reflective of their respective subject matters. My new works conflating powerful mens' admissions of sexual harassment with common consumer goods will be on view.

Opening reception is on Friday, April 6, 7-10pm. Show runs through May 1.
