No More Lip Service Solo Exhibition

A solo exhibition, curated by Marly Hammer and Lisa Wirth of Work in Progress, featured several bodies of my work exploring masculine and feminine archetypes: #MeToo Boutique drawings appropriating men’s apologies, Color Me Beautiful paintings highlighting the suggestiveness of historic lipstick colors and Packaged Curves slip-cast porcelain that reveal the feminine forms hidden in plain sight. Art fair guests were invited to participate at the “Lip Service” vanity station, to try on my special artist’s edition of “No More Lip Service” gold lipstick and take a requisite art fair #Selfie.
